The European Union leaders have endorsed the Brexit "Withdrawal Agreement and Political Declaration on the future EU-UK relations," European Council President Donald Tusk said on Twitter.
欧盟理事会主席唐纳德·图斯克在推特上表示，欧盟领导人已经批准了英国脱欧“退出协议和关于未来欧盟—英国关系的政治宣言”。

Host:And this is a historic moment,George,and I have a copy here.And on the council conclusions in section one,as it says that the European council endorses the agreement on the withdraw of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the European Union and European atomic energy community.This is the reference to the 585 page legal documents that is binding and they have now endorsed that is essentially setting the terms for the separation for the UK,from the European Union.
