If the world is laughing today, it’s also crying.
如果今天这个世界在笑，那么同时它也在哭。

Its a laughing or crying at the president of the United States, who clearly doesn’t know what he is talking about, and he is really ignorant on the issue of climate change.
这是它对于美国总统的嘲笑和愤怒，因为这个美国总统很显然不知道他自己在说些什么，也对气候变化这一问题的严重性一无所知。

And regrettable, the world is gonna paid price, because American’s leadership is important on this.

So what I want to make it clear to people in the world who are listening to this is that Donald Trump left this agreement, but the United States of America represented by the mass people who support doing something about climate change are gonna continuing to take steps.
因此，我想对屏幕前的各国朋友们说，虽然特朗普退出了气候协定，但是由千万美国民众代表的美国将继续支持改善气候变化的行动。

They will continue to advance America’s interests and global interests to deal with this problem.
我们将守护美国和世界的利益。
