George H.W. Bush, the 41st president of the United States, has died at the age of 94. CNN's Jamie Gangel reports.
乔·H.W. ·布什，美国历史上第41任总统，昨日去世，享年94岁。美国有线电视新闻网，杰米·甘格尔为您报道。
Don Lemon:The 41st president of the United States George HW Bush has died.I want to bring in now CNN’s Jamie Gangel,Jamie has a close relationship with the family, has kept in touch with the former president,both presidents and their family.Jamie,what can you tell us?
唐·莱蒙：美国第41任总统乔治·H.W.·布什昨日去世。我们现在连线美国有线电视新闻网记者杰米·甘格尔。杰米与布什一家关系密切，目前与两位前总统及家人都保持着联系。 杰米，你为我们带来了什么新闻？
Jamie Gangel:So,some very sad news. We’ve just received a statement from his son,former President, George W Bush, announcing the death of his father, President George HW Bush-who he called George Bush 41.
杰米·甘格尔：我这里有些悲伤的消息。我们刚收到已故布什前总统的儿子，前总统乔治·W·布什发表的一份声明，他在声明中正式宣布他的父亲乔治·H·W·布什总统日前辞世，他在声明中将其称为乔治·布什41。
And I will read this statement. It says,”Jeb, Neil,Marvin and Doro and I and saddened to announce that after 94 remarkable years,our dear dad has died.”

“George HW Bush was a man of the highest character and the best dad a son or daughter could ask for.The entire Bush family is deeply grateful for 41’st lives and love,for the compassion of those who have cared and prayed for dad and for the blessings of our friends and and fellow citizens.”
“乔治·H.W.·布什不仅品格高尚，同时还是儿女心目中最伟大的父亲。布什家族十分感激乔治41陪他们度过的时光，感恩他给予家人的爱。同时感谢所有关心并为祈祷父亲的人，谢谢你们的关心和同情。谢谢朋友和同胞的祝愿。”
As I just read it to you just now, it was actually the first time I’ve read it because we just got the statement and I have to say that what is striking is this is obviously one president talking about another president-but it’s a very personal(one).It’s clearly a son talking about his father’s,Don.
我刚刚给大家读了一下这篇声明，实际上这是我第一次读它，毕竟我们也是刚刚才得到这份声明。显然，是一位总统在评述谈及另一位总统，但这又是一段极其个人化的评述：一个儿子在谈论他的父亲。唐，以上就是我的报道。
