Thank you! I was not talking about internships in particular- rather I was referring to ideas, approaches, methodologies, for instance, that could inform training.

I am also interested in knowing when the data for the research was collected. May there have been changes from the time the data was gathered till now? If yes, in which area?

Also, she mentioned the standardization of job titles, did find any differences along states lines? Or were the differences purely an industry issue?

Did she also explore, from the employers' perspective, how companies can colloborate with universities in training students?

Did she examine whether companies are offering on-the- job training and are there any discrepancies in approach with what is offered by universities?
